I am a Mind and Body Mentor helping and supporting women to overcome burnout. I have been in the healthcare field for 30-plus years. My favorite students to serve are women. Helping them to prioritize their health and well-being through the art of yoga and meditation. Guiding women to “Pause”, taking time to “tune out” the distractions of life and tune into the innate wisdom within. So that you can once again feel Fully nourished in body and mind.
